Elijah Chenoweth

Elijah Alexander Chenoweth is a young creative from George Gordon First Nation (Nehiyaw/Saulteaux) and Spaxomin Upper Nicola Band of the Syilx (Okanagan). He was born and raised in East Vancouver on Commercial Drive, a hub of artistry. He began writing short horror fiction when he was about 12 years old and created and acted in short films and sketches with friends throughout high school.  Developing and inspiring love for it , he went to Capilano University where he graduated from the Indigenous Digital Filmmaking, and is now finished in his 4th year of the Motion Picture Arts Bachelor Program. He continues to write, act, direct, and hold his cultural beliefs and values in his work.
